Rexbet Registration and Verification

Most verification delays start on day one with a small mismatch, such as a name typed one way at sign-up and printed another way on a passport. Registration takes a few minutes. Verification compares what you entered with paper, so it helps to treat the two as one process.

Creating an Account

Registration starts from the Sign Up button on Rexbet’s site. The form asks for the usual personal details: name, date of birth, province, an email address and a password. Enter them exactly as they appear on your ID, because those are the details your documents get checked against later.

Rexbet’s terms allow one account per player. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred, so signing up with someone else’s details or sharing a login is a breach of the terms, not a workaround. The terms also say the service is intended for people over 18, and Rexbet can ask for proof of age at any point. Logging Back In

Login takes the email and password you registered with. If the password is lost, use the recovery option on the login page. If that does not get you back in, write to support-ca@rexbet.com or use live chat where it is available. Rexbet may check your identity before sharing account details, so have your registered name and email ready.

Do not open a second profile to get around a lockout. It breaks the one-account rule and puts the verification of both profiles at risk.

When Rexbet Asks for Documents

Under the terms, Rexbet can request verification at any time. In practice, three situations come up most often:

• At the first withdrawal, or on a large one
• When cumulative deposits pass €1,900 or the equivalent in another currency
• When something in the account needs a closer look, such as a mismatch in details

Verification covers identity, age, location and phone number. Until it is finished, Rexbet can limit or suspend the account and decline withdrawals. That is why uploading documents before you need a payout is easier than doing it with a balance waiting.

Rexbet can also ask for extra steps. The terms mention video verification, notarised or otherwise certified ID, public record searches and sanctions screening. These are not routine, but a request for any of them is part of the same process and does not mean the account has been flagged.

Politically exposed persons are not accepted. If Rexbet finds that an account belongs to one, the account is closed and the balance refunded.

If a Document Is Rejected

The terms do not list rejection reasons, but the acceptance rules point to the likely ones. Common culprits are an address document older than six months, a name that differs from the account, an ID that has expired, and a payment screenshot that does not show the account holder’s name.

Ask support which item failed and how they want the replacement sent, instead of uploading the same file again. A support agent can tell you what is missing, and a corrected document is usually faster than a third attempt at the first one.

How Long Verification Takes

The terms set no fixed verification time. On withdrawals, Rexbet aims to process requests within 1 to 3 business days and says this is not guaranteed. Deposited funds also have to be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.

Age Limits by Province

Rexbet’s terms set 18 as the floor, but gambling age in Canada is set provincially:

• 19 or older: British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the territories
• 18 or older: Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec

The age rule that applies is the one where you live, so the province on your account should match the address on your proof-of-address document.

Moving to Another Province

Location is one of the things verification covers, so a move changes which age rule applies and which address your documents should show. Tell support about the move and ask what they need, instead of leaving an old address on file to be caught at the next check.

What the Offshore Licence Means for Disputes

Rexbet is operated by Throne Entertainment B.V. under a Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/1585/0822). It is not licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and is not registered with iGaming Ontario. Disputes have a set route. Complain to Rexbet first, within 6 months of the issue. The terms promise an acknowledgement within one week (two days for responsible gambling) and a final reasoned response within four weeks, which can be extended by up to four more.

If the answer does not settle it, the case can go to CADRE, an independent dispute resolution service, which is free for the player. CADRE handles claims between USD 50 and 500,000 and can be used once per dispute. The Curaçao Gaming Authority does not rule on individual player complaints.

Before You Upload Anything

Run through this once:

• Your registered name matches your ID letter for letter
• The address document is under six months old and shows the address on the account
• The name on every deposit method matches the account
• You are uploading before the first withdrawal request, not after it
